Sanquinnovate is delighted to announce the Patent Essentials workshop series.

These sessions are designed to support you by providing fundamental knowledge on patent protection, filing routes and strategies, and practical tools to help you safeguard your innovations and position them for maximum impact. 

Session 2: Patenting Routes & Strategies
This session provides an overview of the patent filing pathways, from priority filing through the international (PCT) phase to the regional (EPC)  & national phases, as well as general patent application timelines, filing strategies, and associated costs. We will also cover what happens after grant of a patent, SPCs and Unitary Patent protection. 

Snacks will be provided during the session and a certificate of attendance will be given following completion of all three sessions. 

Please note: this session will also be useful for those who did not attend the first session (Introduction to Patents), but wish to gain more in-depth insight into patenting routes, timelines and strategies.
